Terms of Service

By using guidsolutions.com, submitting a form, or interacting with GUID Solutions after an inquiry, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site or submit information through it.

GUID Solutions, Corp. is an owner-operated product studio incorporated in Colorado and operated by Ronnie Guidry. The studio builds small-business websites, custom software, prototypes, automations, architecture, and decision systems.

References to GUID Solutions, we, us, or our mean GUID Solutions, Corp. unless the context clearly says otherwise.

You may use the site for ordinary business evaluation, inquiry, and intake purposes. You agree not to misuse the site or interfere with its operation.

• // Do not abuse forms, endpoints, scripts, or security controls.
• // Do not scrape, crawl, or automate access in a way that burdens the site, bypasses controls, or violates applicable law. Ordinary browser access and legitimate search-engine indexing are allowed.

When you submit the contact form or /get-started wizard, you authorize GUID Solutions to review the information, respond to you, create internal records, and use the information to evaluate or perform a potential engagement.

You represent that you have the right to submit the information you provide. You retain ownership of your submitted business information. GUID Solutions does not claim ownership of your business name, marks, customer testimonials, photos, copy, or other submitted materials.

GUID Solutions may use Twilio to send text messages. GUID Solutions, Corp. is the sender responsible for these messages.

For prospect follow-up, GUID Solutions may call a business number listed in a public business listing, such as Google Maps. GUID Solutions sends at most one SMS to that number only if, during that live call, the business owner or authorized representative clearly agrees to receive that specific follow-up text. GUID Solutions records the date, method, and context of that consent.

• // GUID Solutions does not sell, rent, or share your phone number or SMS opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

The site, design, code, copy, images, product descriptions, and other GUID Solutions materials are owned by GUID Solutions, Corp. or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Submitting information through the site does not transfer your intellectual property to GUID Solutions except for the limited permission needed to evaluate, quote, build, support, or communicate about the requested work.

The site and workflows rely on third-party services named in the Privacy Policy, including Cloudflare, Resend, Firebase, GitHub, Twilio, Google, Stripe for payments, and ipinfo.io for limited address-bias support.

The site may link to third-party websites or services. GUID Solutions is not responsible for third-party content, policies, security, availability, or business practices.

The site is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. GUID Solutions does not promise that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.

Nothing on the site is financial, investment, legal, tax, or professional advice. Alpaca is described as an intraday day trading bot and operational system, not as a performance claim, investment recommendation, or financial-advice service.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, GUID Solutions will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of the site.

For any claim related to the site, GUID Solutions' total liability is limited to the amount you paid GUID Solutions for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the 12 months before the claim, or $100 if you paid nothing.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless GUID Solutions, Corp. from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your misuse of the site, your violation of these terms, or information you submit without the necessary rights or permissions.

These terms are governed by the laws of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a legal claim, the parties will try to resolve the issue informally and in good faith.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be handled in a court of competent jurisdiction in Colorado, unless applicable law requires a different venue.

GUID Solutions may update these terms as the site, workflows, or legal requirements change. Material changes will update the effective date above.
