Privacy Policy

This policy explains how GUID Solutions, Corp. handles information collected through guidsolutions.com, project intake workflows, and consent-based SMS follow-up.

1. Effective Date And Overview

Effective date: April 30, 2026.

GUID Solutions, Corp. is a Colorado corporation operated by Ronnie Guidry. For this website and related intake workflows, GUID Solutions, Corp. is the business responsible for deciding how personal information is collected and used.

This policy covers the GUID Solutions website, the homepage contact form, the /get-started website intake, downstream onboarding handling, and outbound SMS follow-up sent only after the consent rules described below.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the information you choose to provide and the limited technical information needed to operate the site safely.

Contact form
Name, email address, organization or role, interest, message, Cloudflare Turnstile token, and a hidden website field used as a spam honeypot.
Website intake
Business name and type, business-type details, differentiator, contact name, email address, phone number, address, services, highlighted service, customer type, logo and photo availability, existing website status and URL, brand colors, tagline, style preferences, business story, testimonials, social links, Cloudflare Turnstile token, and the hidden spam honeypot field.
Invoice and payment pages
Invoice ID or invoice number, client email address used to verify invoice access, invoice status/details returned from Stripe, and payment-session information needed to route you to Stripe's hosted invoice page.
Outbound calls
Phone numbers from publicly available business listings such as Google Maps, plus notes from the call, including whether the business owner or authorized representative clearly agreed to receive a specific follow-up text and the date, method, and context of that consent.
Automatic data
Request metadata, diagnostic logs, security signals, optional analytics events if a visitor grants analytics consent, and IP-based country bias data used only for the address-autocomplete fallback.

3. How We Use Information

We use personal information for practical business operations and site safety, not for resale.

  • Respond to inquiries about custom apps, websites, prototypes, architecture, automations, and decision systems.
  • Operate the /get-started website intake, including Firestore record creation, GitHub intake issue creation, and internal owner SMS notification.
  • Send invoicing, payment, scheduling, and other transactional communications for active or prospective engagements.
  • Send at most one Twilio-powered SMS to a prospect only after a live phone call where the business owner or authorized representative clearly agreed to receive that specific follow-up text.
  • Prevent abuse, spam, and automated misuse through Turnstile, honeypot fields, origin checks, server-side validation, and logs.
  • Measure site performance and user interaction only when analytics measurement is enabled and the visitor has granted analytics consent.

4. How We Share Information

We share information with service providers that help operate the site and related intake workflows. They are used for the roles listed here.

Turnstile bot challenge token verification and abuse prevention.
Resend

Firebase, Firestore, and Cloud Functions

Twilio

Stripe
Invoice lookup, hosted invoice payment links, and payment processing for client invoices.
Google

ipinfo.io
IP-based country bias for the address-autocomplete fallback only.
  • We do not sell personal information.
  • We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
  • We do not sell, rent, or share SMS opt-in information or phone numbers with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
  • We may disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of business assets.

5. Cookies, Analytics, And Tracking

The site uses a lightweight first-party consent banner. Analytics storage is denied by default. Ad-related consent remains denied in this implementation.

Google Tag Manager and GA4 are loaded only when the public build enables measurement and a GTM container ID is configured. Production measurement is currently disabled unless that deployment setting changes.

If analytics becomes active and you opt in, analytics events may help understand site use, form starts, CTA clicks, and lead-generation events. You can deny analytics consent without losing access to the site.

6. Data Retention

We keep information for as long as needed to respond to inquiries, evaluate or perform an engagement, maintain business records, prevent abuse, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations.

Website intake records may persist in Firestore and GitHub as part of the business record. You can request deletion, and we will evaluate the request against operational, legal, and security retention needs.

7. Your Rights Under US State Privacy Laws

GUID Solutions is US-focused. Depending on where you live, state laws such as the California CCPA/CPRA, Virginia VCDPA, Colorado CPA, Connecticut CTDPA, and Texas TDPSA may give you rights to know, access, correct, delete, or port certain personal information.

These laws may also give you the right to opt out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or certain profiling. GUID Solutions does not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

We will not discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights. To make a request, use the contact form linked below and describe the right you want to exercise.

Where required, we may verify your request before acting on it. If we deny a request and applicable law gives you an appeal right, you may appeal through the same contact form by stating that you are appealing the decision. Where legally required, we will process recognized universal opt-out signals, such as Global Privacy Control, for applicable sale or targeted-advertising opt-out rights.

8. Children's Privacy

The site, intake workflows, and business services are intended for adults, businesses, parents or guardians, and educators, not for direct use by children under 13. Do not submit personal information about children through the site.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child provided information, contact us and we will review and delete it when appropriate.

9. Security

GUID Solutions uses practical safeguards, including TLS in transit, Firebase IAM and platform controls, Turnstile and honeypot spam mitigation, origin checks, server-side validation, and Firebase Secret Manager for credentials.

No system is perfectly secure. Please avoid submitting sensitive information that is not needed for a website, software, or business inquiry.

10. Changes To This Policy
